NY.Club, or “New York Club”, is Munich’s only gay owned and operated dance club for the LGBTQ+ community.
When the “New York Club” opened in the early 80s, it was considered one of the hottest dance clubs in Europe — riding on the success of the new and hot “Munich Sound”, featuring artists like Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder and Silver Convention. For many years this club was the favorite place to party for the late Freddy Mercury.
