Flokkr is only a few weeks old. Although we’re trying to make this the most advanced platform for the gay community on the web, sometimes things go wrong or are simply not quite ready. If you experience problems, please get in touch. We love to hear from you and sort things out.

  • It’s always possible that there is a bug somewhere and we need to fix it. Please let us know if something doesn’t work.

    It’s also possible that your using a browser that is not supported, Internet Explorer, for example. We try our best to make Flokkr work on as many devices and browsers as possible, but unfortunately we have to draw a line somewhere.

    In your own best interest, we really recommend to always use an up-to-date browser. Not only does this give you a better browsing experience, it is also vital for your privacy and security.

  • For now, please contact us. We’ll add features to reset and change your password very soon.

  • Currently it may take a few moments until your contribution will show in your Flokkr account. Go to your crowdfunding dashboard and reload the page after a minute or so. If the amount of your contributions still doesn’t update, please send us a quick message. We’ll do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and your support.

  • When you make a payment in cryptocurrency, you will see a page from our payment partner Coinbase Commerce. Once you send funds from your wallet to one of the crypto addresses the status will automatically show that a payment was detected, but this can take several minutes, depending on the crytocurrency, how busy the crypto network is etc. Then you will see how the transaction will be confirmed by the network. Again, this can take several minutes. You don’t have to keep that window open until the transaction is confirmed. Once this process is completed, your payment should automatically show up on you crowdfunding dashboard next time you load or reload the page.
